Service Description

Work with the Mojave Center to create a custom dome floor plan for your dream home. Starting at $60/hr with an estimated 12 hours in drafting and draw time depending on complexity of desired design. Estimated $720 for plans when completed. Please allow 3 weeks after initial phone call to see first set of schematic plans. $60 deposit goes towards the payment of the final plan set. In your set of drawings you can expect; - a site plan showing well/water hook up with septic - schematic floor plan - heights and elevations - hallway and doorway connections - form building dimensions for doors and windows - materials list needed to build - basic electrical and plumbing plans Please note : The Mojave Center is not a licensed Architect or Engineer. We cannot give stamped plans. We can give schematic drawing plans for property site plans and basic building plans to aquire permits from County Planning Offices. If you are asked by the county to get more details from an engineer, you may use our plans to acquire more details that the county may need.
